I purchased I 10 Hundai car from DOWN TOWN chani Baroda car dealer he has collect mony from me sum total as a RTO tax But recepit from RTO tax is less than collocted amout of us. I requst to down town for refund and considerd his mistake for collection of more money but he is not ready any reply me.
