Extended Waranty record not updated in the system

Dear Sir/Madam

I purchased a Santro Car on 26.06.2008 (Reg No DL 3C AP9732) with extended warranty for one year. Recently the car sarted giving some problem. The pick up of the car turned very very poor. I took the car to the authorised workshop "Hans Hundai Raja Garden New Delhi" for rectification of the problem. They said that warranty of your vehicle has been expired and the extended warranty has not been updated/recorded in our system for your car. I shown the paper indicating payment which I paid for extended warranty. They said that they are helpless as it is not updated in our record.
