Non refund of exchange bonus

I have bought a car from Kundan Hyundai Thermax Chowk Pune on 3rd Dec. When i brought my car i was told that i will be given exchange bonus of Rs 15000/- on submission of my pre and post RC book with insurance copy. Now hyundai is asking for RTO transfer receipt of my old car after one year to get the exchange bonus.

This is just cheating a customer as they do not want to give my bonus.

please help.
