Hyundai car verna
Problem in rear side seat

I have purchased the car verna on 16/5/10. Last month I have observed

two steel rods with hook ended extended up in two sides of rear side

bottom seat. Contacted the dealer Sudeep Hyudai.

They have surprised to see this problem & asked me to contact customer care.

Contacted Customer care Registered complaint (1-42208725) last 25 days before.

Till today did not receive any response so far.

Customer care inform my complaint is on process since 25 days.
