Excahnge Bonus not received

I have purchased an Hyundai i10 on December 26 from DPG Hyundai Patiala. At the time of purchaseof the vehicle the dealer promised me to provide me the exchange bonus of 15000 on the car but till date neither anybody from dealership nor form Hyundai motors try to contact me for the bonus as I have not received it yet. I gave several reminders to the dealership and laso to the area offoce of Hyundai but nobody felt bother to serve it as a result now I addressed the consumer forum. Please let me know at the earliest waht all I can do so that same thing should not happen with other customer.
