Hyundai i10 era model
Did not get the exchange bonus cheque of rupees 10, 000/=

Dear sir,

I am MR RAKESH KUMAR GARG from agra. I purchased my hyundai i 10 era model (UP 80 BF 8596) last year in the month of april from BRIJ hyundai who's one of the dealers in agra only. I had purchased my car in an exchange bonus which is of rupees 10, 000/= .Most imporatnt is that i handed over my documents more than thrice but as a careless and irresponsible dealer (or their management) every time they lost my documents From last one year i have been compalining them about my cheque but same was their reply.

Kindly follow up my complaint and take strict actions against the dealer. Because of such dealers company's reputation is affecting.
