Delay in getting exchange bonus

Dear sir,

I have purchased hyundai i10 magna on 23rd september from geeta hyundai, faizabad

and in return i have exchanged my maruti 800.I was promised of 15000 rs in exchange bonus within 3 months maximum.now more than 4 months have been passed and whenever i call them they give only lame excuses. i have called hyundai customer care having complaint number 1-29625131 they dont give any satisfactory reply
