Exchange bonus not recieved

I purchased a new Santro no. UP15-AL-4640 on 17th August from Das Garage, Meerut.

I was also entitled for exchange bonus of Rs.10000/- which i should have recived after 3 months from the date of purchase/exchange but even after several months till date i've not recieved my exchange bonus.

Not even they are letting me know the tentative date of recieveing bonus. No cooperation is there from their side.

looking forward for help from consumer forum.
