Delay in giving exchange bonus

I had purchased Hyundai I - 10 on 22nd april from jodhpur dealer M/s Deora Hyundai and taken delivery of the same on 23-04-10. At time of purchase I was told about offer of exchange bonus of Rs. 10000 to be paid with in 45 days from submission of Transfer certificate. When I submitted transfer certificate on 18-05-10 I was told that it would take 90 days.By chance, I enquired to purchase on more car from another dealer of Hyundai Raja Hyundai, they informed that they give exchange offer cheque immediately without any waiting time. When asked about it from Sales man of Deora Hyundai Mr. SAGAR, he didn't reply back. How can a company have different policy at two dealer point. Kindly help to get this payment of Rs. 10000/- asap.
