Dealer not providing extended warranty after collecting money

I had purchased a i10 car from one of the Hyundai motors dealer/ garve motors in pune in jan .i bought the car with the EXTENDED WARRANTY (three years term) from the dealer. At the time of delivery the salesguy promised that the extended warranty papers shall be posted at my residence within the next three months, i kept quiet, thinking this to be the normal procedure. On not recieving the warranty papers i kept calling the salesguy who started to avoid me. Finally on not getting the proper responce and waiting for more than six /seven months i called up the call centre of Hyundai, where i lodged my complaint twice, ref no 1) 1-34955436 2) 1-35128886, wherein till date i am still hearing that the matter is under process.
What really baffles me is that M/s garve motors is a new dealer of Hyundai in pune, if this kind of after sales service one gets after spending lacs of ones hard earned money then i think when the bussiness cycle gets in reverse from the present it will be difficult for such MULTINATIONAL companies to survive and same for the dealer who is trying to make a fast buck. I MAY PREFER/ADVISE A TATA/MARUTI PRODUCT NEXT TIME
