Hyundai Motors i-10 Magna
Non-receipt of exchange bonus and corporate discount

I purchased an i-10 magna (PB-08 BK 6445) from Goyal hyundai in july. First they misplaced my documents for exchange bonus and i came to know about this after three months on enquiring, they didn't bother to contact me for the same. Even now i haven't got the exchange bonus and corporate discount (15000 4500). I complained at customer care of HMIL also but to no avail.
