REAR SEAT BELT NOT AVAILABLE

I have been in regular touch with M/s Modi Hyundai Mumbai and M/s Hyundai Motor India Ltd Chennai to get seat belts fitted in my rear seats. In the month of Dec I had a minor accident in my car and since then I have desperately followed up with Modi hyundai to get me the rear seat belts. I checked several times with them and as on 15th April also they do not have the stocks with them. I logded a complaint with Hyundai Moror India in Feb complaint No. 1-41733295. I agin followed up with both Modi Hyundai as well as Hyundai Motor india and till date there is no development.

Both of them are taking the matter very lightly. I ma travelling withour rear seat belt and there is a safety threat to my family, My vehicle registration Number is MH02 By 1038. I want the cosumer focurum to intervene and ensure that both Modi Hyundai Mumbai and Hyundai motor india are serious on such genuine needs of customers.
