Faliure to rectify complaint

I had purchased a KL 17F 7353 hundai santro xing model car from popularhundai perrumattom kerala in august.i had detected an over racing to my car during gear shiftng (when applying clucth) & i reported this complaint to popular service muvattupuzha at july. They tell that they had eliminated that error but, after taking the vehicle from there, i experience the same complaint and the same process had been repeated for two times, ie with in one and half months ihad given my car three times to eliminated the same deffects. But they cant find the error. Now my car two year warrenty had been compleated, and i had showed the vehicle during the warrenty peroid. So kindly take any actions to my complaints, as soon as possible because my car is running under complaints.
