Not stopping at scheduled stop

My son and myself were waiting for Bus No. 64 at the Dadar (E) / T.T. stop. At 1.45 p.m. bus no. 64 (license plate MH01 LA6038 & Conductor's Badge No. 28116) processing towards Maheshwari Udyan slowed down at the above mentioned stop, and despite our repeated signalling to the driver and conductor for it to come to a halt, sped off without allowing any passenger to get on to the bus. However, due to the Khodadad Cirlce signal it was forced to stop, due to which I managed to get all the above mentioned details. Hope someone or somebody can take action against such conductors and drivers for purposely choosing to not stop at their scheduled stop. Thanks.
