Engine is not powerful to observe impact at the time of accident

I have purchased a Hyundai i-10 on 9 th sept bearing a registration number DL 8CS 8161.

I had a Hyundai accent also bearing a registration number DL 2CW 4731, when I purchased the accent I found the performance and services of Hyundai too good than I planned to purchased another Hyundai car and I purchased i-10.

I am a loyal customer of Hyundai and always suggess others also to buy it.

On July 25 I was passing through hisar and on the way I had an accident.

when I was passing from hisar to jind a dead caf was lying on the road. I was following a jeep . once the jeep owner saw that dead calf he immediately took the jeep on the left but I was unable to took it on the left because another car was following me and the car hits that dead calf.

The car gets stopped and I toe it through an another car to hansi. In morning I called up the Hyundai worksop (orion Hyundai-hisar) to toe it from hansi to hisar.

They gave me the estimate that the following parts mentioned below will be replaced under cashless insurance except the engine. It means that engine has some problem that it can't absorb the impact and the engine can get damaged immediately.

1. front bumper

2. ctr grill

3. radiator support panel

4. radiator

5. shroud

6. fan

7. motor

8. condenser

9. oil and gas

10. ria wheel

11. ckp sensor

12. oil filter

13. engine under cover

Now the dealership persons are saying that u have to bear 40-50 thousand rupees to get it repaired from your pocket.

if engine gets damages immediately after the accident then hyundai should take the leader sip and get it repaired or changed.

so u are requested to kindly look into the matter and provide me the solution asap.
