Not replacing parts in warrenty Period

Dear Sir/mam
I regret to inform you that despite multiple and repeated Running repairs my car i-10 is not running properly due defect in excels. I have the certificate from the authorised center which says that my car excel is not in the right condition, moreover would like to tell you that my car is in warrenty period and 5 times the himigiri hyundai wazirpur have repaired my car excel after few days of repair it again giving problem. Please suggets the concern authority to take care for the same otherwise i have take take some legal actions agains the Himgiri Hyundai Sevice deptt. Wazirpur
