Non supply of refills

Sir,

I have a IBP (now merged with IOC) gas connection with M/s. ANNAI SUNDHARAMMAL GAS AGENCY, 78/C-2, Salem Main Road, Kunjandiyur, metturdam-636404. My Customer No. is 01107.

I have booked a refill on 08.02.2010 but till date (i.e, 08.03.2010) I havenot received that. Upon my repeated enquiry with the firm, they said they've despatched the cylinder. But it didnot reached us.

Today the contact numbers (they have three) is also not working.

Please look into this.
