Wrong IDV Value

Dear,

I had lodged a complaint with ICICI Lombard customer support on June 7 that the IDV in my customer copy is 3, 15, 000 /- while in the actual policy is 2, 63, 200/-. I kept getting regret mails every week from Mr. Abhinay Bhosale from Customer Support team till August 6 that they are checking on the top most priority and now case is closed with the status "Clarification Done" while the issue still is open.
