Sub; complaint against ICICI Lombard General Insurance co Ltd

Sir

I have purchaged online car insurance policy no 3001/W-2420503/00/000 dated 16/01 and i made the online payment of Rs. 5448 /- vide my ICICI Bank Account no 000701638995 and 17/1 the surveyor of the ICICI Lombard came and inspected my vehicle no DL 6CG 7455 but the surveyer sumitted his unsatisfactory report and 18/1 my policy was cancelled and promised to refund my amount within three days . it is regretfully sumitted that I have made every day call to his call centre no 1800209888 and sent email request to refund my premium amount but ICICI LOMBARD General Insurance co. is not refunding my amount . it is a breach of contract and violation of consumer rights.

It is therefore requested that kindly lodge a complaint against the ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd., Zenith House, Keshavrao Khade Marg, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai 400 034, Maharashtra
