KLN motors in anna nagar east has the most worst service center in chennai . i am writing from my own experience the service center has extreamly poor customer service they make u wait for every small thing and talk so brazenly as if they are servicing your bike for free the people who take down the job sheet are laymen and arrogant fellows who are first rate porikis they man handle ur bike in front of you and charge you for un necessary extra s which they dont even notify you about and they do an extreamly poor job of even the regular service and your bike develops new problems which it previously did not have and above all they do not notify you about the time of delivery and to cancel the job sheet they charge rs25 for just taking the job sheet book and filling it
