Misbehavior & unnecessary delay in accepting the TV

Respected Sir / Madam,

I am Sgt S Roy a combatant member of Indian Air Force and presently posted to my home zone against a compassionate ground application. When I have approached the local Indane LPG office with my authentic TV No-21006700000231 dtd 28/09/10 of the connection collected from AF Stn Sirsa in favour of Indane Chittaranjan, the clerk of the office Mr D Kundu unnecessarily harassing me with delaying in process saying that the dealer is not available etc. It is also i have felt that the attitude of the workers of that business station is extremely unprofessional which leads to a extreme clientèle dissatisfaction.
