DELAY IN CYLENDER DELEVERY

SIR,

I had booked a cyllinder on18-11-10 with M/S Mithala gas, Sector-19, Noida. My consumer number is 2650. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I call him, he told me there is no time limit for cylender delevery. i am facing much problems cause of that. i want to know from ur side what is tha criteriaa (time limit) for cylinder delevery. and plaese do need full, if i am facing same problem again i will defenetaly cancel my indane connection and complaint in consumer forum. i am very frustrated by facing this type of problem again and again.
