Under Weight Cylinders

I am a consumer vide consumer no E 005705 of Mithila Gas Agency of INDANE shop no 4 &5 A 73 A Sector 19, Noida 201301. All the time the subject agency delivers under weight gas cylinders. Today on 02-07 the delivery boy has deliver cylender under weight by 4 kag comapred to their standard gross weight 30.3 kg the cylender's gross weight supplied to me is 27 kg.

I have lodge a complain over telecom to Mithila gas Agaency today 02-07 at 1705 hrs.

I am surprised to see one representetive from Mithila Gas Agency attend my complain at 1735 hrs and told the cyL will be replaced by tomorrow but said Kya Karenge Saheb in Delivery walo ko kuch nahi Milta islia chori karate hai. The delivery boys did not get anything that why they used to deliver underweight LPG CYL.
