Corruption in distribution of gas cylinders

My name is rahul sharma n i want to complaint against the corruption i saw at ajay indane piro during the distribution of gas cylinders although i, m not a customer but i went there to fetch cylinder on the half of my brother n there i saw that the distributor whose name was ajay didn, t distributed the cylinders serially but distributed the cylinders firstt o who offered him bribe or who were his aquintances n when i argued about it he started fighting with me
