Dear Sir,

I gave my Car for repairs on 11.10.2009 which met with an accident. I was shocked to see the bill you have raised for the repairs carried out. It is on the very high side. So many jobs have been done without my knowledge and consent.

There was plenty of petrol costing Rs.500.00 put last before it met with an accident, but I could find empty fuel tank not little for the trial of the Car. Moreover unnecessary jobs like Oil Sump opening gasket, change mobil oil & filter change etc.etc. Why was the colour of my car changed without my consent & advice.

I could not find signatures of Surveyor and myself on the Estimate and Job Card for the their respective consent. I am afraid how the claim was settled between you and the Surveyor without my knowledge & consent.

So many days have passed but I was not given any Survey Report and the spores allowed for my car. Both Surveyor and the repairer has been doing things at their own end concealing every thing from me.

Kindly check the Exorbitant Bill you have raised and give me the proper reply within the little frame work of time.
