Name Transfer High Fee Payment

Dear SIr,

I am resident from Dahod (Gujarat). I want to transfer my Indane gas connection from Grandfather Name to my Grandmother name, i had contacted the dealer but they required some docs, we provided but after providing docs as per their requirement, Dealer (Damor Gas Agency) Personnnel told us that you have to give 770 Rs, against this money we will give it to you one APPRON, one lighter, one Gas pipe. I told him that we recently bought gas pipe from the checking officer, they agrred and told us that you have to pay 570 rs. I asked him that we dont need this, he told me that this is the policy of INDANE company. After this, i tried to contact responsible person of INDANE, their contact no is wrong. we are not able to pay this as much amount.

In this case, i want some concrete information, how to proceed further for the same.
