Poor supply of lpg

Espaect sir, i have booked a refill of lpg with kalpana gas agency on 08th oc10 hearing answer will get up to 15 th oct10. but not getting by 23rd v contacted the concern agency they replied there is no pending and now booked will get after 18 ddays.

sir, i want to know with you that how much period for booking, supply and rebooking.

please clear this to get timely refill.
