Status delivered but not delivered

I booked my Gas on 20th July, but did not receive till 29th so i went to the distributor and asked the status and they said me that the cylinder has already been delivered on 27th July..

Now see the process, when i did not receive the cylinder how can there be delivered status in my details...

The system SUCKS!!
