Non Delivery of Gas even booked on TOMO on 14/09

Ihave a domestic LPG CONNECTION BOOKED by Sunder Shyam Agency, Janakpuri, New Delhi. My consumer No. is 27821.I had booked through Tomo process on 14/9 for Gas Cylinder. The no.generated by the system is 3277272.Today, it is 26th september & still gas cylinder has not been delivered by the agency to me. I want to know is there any authority to ask the supplier about this abnormal delay?
