Delay in delevering gas

My name is sivakumar. My consumer no is B-10227.the name of gas distributorisOMKARAM INDANE SERVICE kalloor junction Oachira-690526.Kollam, Kerala the distributor is making unnecessary delay in delevering gas more than 60 days even after booking.most times they were not attending the phone.if they attened the phone their behaviour is very rude without considering the consumer intertest.if we told them that we would complaint to the respective authority they will ask us to go and complaint to the higher authority.if you are an urgent customer you go and get a new connection from other gas companies, this is their usual comment.but we are not ready to quit INDANE because of its reputation.hope you may consider my complaint in an urgent manner and take appropriate remedy as early as possible.
