Non Issuance of Second Cylinde

Hi,

I am a customer of Indane Gas. I stay in Hyderabad, Kukatpally and my Gas Agency is Namrata Gas Agency. My consumer No.60018. I had booked for second cylinder on July 11th he has noted down the consumer number and did not give any kind of booking number for me. He said he would give a call or send a letter to the house. Its been around 5 months, no intimation has been made till now. Whenever i go and ask him, he say some cock and bull stories and now he started telling that we have wait for 6 months on booking for second cylinder.

Please help me getting the second cylinde
