Indane Gas
Not deleivering new connection

My self Ms. Shivani Maurya, living in D-2/76, Vineet Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow-10 (U.P.). I am working in TATAMOTORS as assistant manager. I applied for New gas connection on 4th novemberin MAA DURGA INDANE GAS AGENCY, C2/601, VINEET KHAND, GOMTI NAGAR LUCKNOW18. Since then I am going to agency for receiving my connection. First they said that once when I get verification letter they will give me the connection. Here I want to mention that my office timing is 8:30am-5:00pm so I used to reach home at 6:00pm. I told my problem to them and they said "OK, after getting verification letter, you come anytime, I'll give you the connection. After that i went several times on agency but they are unnecessarily delaying it.though agency remain open and they are present but they are not alloting the connection.

I am a working girl and I am living here alone. In this situation this type of annoying act can't be accepted.

.So please take action immideatly.

Please get my complaint solved and make sure that they will not annoy the consumers in the future just for there enjoyment.
