Delay in New LPG Connection

Dear All

I have applied for an Indane connection 20 days back and received stove, gas pipe, and regulator by paying the whole amount for the conenction, now the agency is not giving me the cylinder for my new connection applied for. when i call them they said that i should wait for the Registered letter to come to my postal address about the connection, then on the basis of that document they are going to give me that connection. now i am managing with my friend's cylinder but how long can i manage this. the agency's name is KALAPANA GAS AGENCY, Alluri Comple, Kukat Pally, Housing board, Bhagya Nagar Colony,
