I have transfered my indane gas connection from jorethang, sikkim to Kolkata. My transfer voucher date is 10.07.2009.In my TSV, Consumer no. was wriitten. in kolkata, the distributor is refusing to give connection for want of consumer no. I have misplaced my blue book during my transfer. There fore It is requestd kindly to provide consumer no. at the earliest.
