My transfer voucher date is 10.07.2009.In my TSV, Consumer no. was wriitten. in kolkata, the distributor is refusing to give connection for want of consumer no. I have misplaced my blue book during my transfer. There fore It is requestd kindly to provide consumer no. at the earliest.
