Vile services of distributo

Sir,

I like to inform you that one of your gas dealer, FUEL CENTRE, Vat No. 19660153031, (Address- 1, Feeder Road, Kol- 700056) are providing a very vile services. As a customer I say actually they are not gave any services except gas cylinder delivery. They are not receive any tele – booking, most of the time they not receive any calls or disconnect the line. We also inform you that they have three telephone nos. (2553-2363, 2564-7252, 2564-8564). They are very badly speaks to customer, last day we receive a leak cylinder and then when I inform them about this they don’t take necessary action. If incase any accident occurred, then who are responsible for this.

So, I request you to kindly punished the responsible distributor as soon as possible or be obedient I inform the consumer forum and go to press also.
