Indane Gas Refill booking harassment

Sir,
I am an LPG consumer of Rashmi Gas (Indane), Kochi vide consumer No. 27969. I stay alone & use LPG very less, so whenever I book gas after 6 months, they say that the connection is dead. Last year they forced me to bring the re-activation recommendation letter from I.O.C. Head office Kochi. It is not so easy to reach & get cosumer care officer recommendation. Any how I submitted my request letter duly recommended by IOC to Rashmi Gas, now while booking for refilling over phone, I was informed that the connection is dead & I have to submit re-activation request. I already submitted one during last year is with them.
I am working in a cent. Govt. Office & it is not always possible me to go their office for submitting such a letter again & again.
While dialing local cosumer care help line as given by Rashmi Gas, no 0484-2310859 either It is found busy or ringing unattended.
Therefore it is requested to instruct M/s Rashmi Gas to distribute the LPG without ‘harassment’,
