Transfer of gas connection

Dear Sir,

I am a consumer of Indane Gas and the consumer no.is RE11689. For the last couple of years I have not been using this connection as the pipe line supply was installed at my home.

Now, I am shifting to B-50, South Ex-II, New Delhi-49 and I want to transfer my connection to my new address mentioned above. However, since my husband was looking after all such matters and he is no more, I really do not know where the original papers of the gas connection are and from which distributor the gas was been supplied to us. I have been calling up at the customer center of Indane Gas but I have got no help so far. Kindly help me in transferring my gas connection to the new address.
