Sub: non receipt of the cylinder for the new connection

Sir,

This is to inform you that I have got a new LPG gas connection vide consumer no. 12423. On 26/09/10 (Sunday) but regret to inform you that I have not received any cylinder, new regulator as well as gas pipe. After repeatedly visiting the office Jhakan, dehradun no positive work has been done. Every time I visited the office they assured us to send the cylinder the next day or after.

In between they handed me an old regulator saying that they do not have any supply of new regulators. Therefore, I earnestly request you to look after the matter and suggest me the next step as I am in urgent need of the cylinder. Moreover the office people do not talk on phones but pick the phone and keep it aside (ref: 01352735322/9359706682 time: 14:55 PM dated:12/10, 01352735322 at 15:18 PM).

Hope to get a positive action at your earliest.
