Presurrising to take gas chula

I Sri Saroj kumar Biswal At-Adam Po-kuanpal Dt-cuttack applied a gas connection on june at Dolphine indane gas which is at Alijoda, kuanpal, Cuttack. I received the connection letter on 20th jan. When I submit my documents and want to take the connection they charged me a sum of Rs.4200/-and pressurised me to take the gas chula positively which is very low quality. I refused to take chula but they did not agree with me. In discusion they did not forget to misbehave me. In this regard take necessary action at your end, which will enable me to take the connection at an early date.
