Delay in suplay

Dear Sir,

I am a customer of your esteemed concern residing at Pondicherry. WE have our membership at “SHRI RAJIV GANDHI GAS AGENCIES (Indane distributor) Phone- 0413-2358651”, Pondicherry. WE have registered for gas delivery Order No: 3758, dated: 24/01. But still I have not able to get your esteemed service till date. In many course if we try to contact the distributor over phone, it is usually not picked up and even found to be switched off. The important note is that they are just delivering the cylinder through sub dealers, so it is doubtful that they are selling the cylinder in black instead of delivering the cylinder to the costumer at registered date. We are also been sent back to home many times even we go to the distributor’s office directly for the purchase of cylinder. So I would take this opportunity to take this serious matter to your concern
