Cocking gas not delivery in regular time

I am a LPG consumer (Customer no is 13399).with M/S Rosan Gas Service, Morena (M.P.). Whenever he is not delivery proper time.presently he is provide service delivery 15 days from to booking date so delivery time is (actual delivery time= 21days 15days=36days) and he is not delivery at home service. consumer take a cylinder at company (distributor) godown. but he is take the delivery charge.

so please make easy cooking gas service for consumer friendly...
