BOOKING PROBLEM-- CONTINOUS BUSY PHONE LINES WITH INTERMITTENT SWITCHED OFF

I am an authorised consumer of Indane gas with consumer number from last 5days we have been calling their distributive centre at sukhdev vihar delhi but out of the 3 landline numbers 2 are out of service and one always busy. The mobile number is switched off always. This is not the first time it has happened. Once u go to the agency their response is very weird
