Extremely Late Delivery

Respected Sir,

With due respect I would like to inform you that I undersigned is a customer of your esteemed company under M/s Abhoya Gas Agency, Shop No.19, D-Sector Market, Durgapur-713204 (West Bengal). Sir since a long time I am facing problem for the delivery of Gas. Every time the said Agency deliver my Gas after 45 days. Whenever I asked the reason for so late they use to say that due to crisis of Gas Refilling in the company the late is occurring. But I got the news from my sources that there is no crisis at your end. I feel this mispracticies is damaging the Goodwill of the Company.

I therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful so that I may get my delivery of Gas as per your rule.
