The LPG cylinder does not distribute timely

I am the consumer bearing no. S-1536 of SAPNA INDANE ENTERPRISESJaynagar (BIHAR) PIN CODE-847226, INDANE DISTRIBUTOR CODE-69198724.I HAVE OPTED THE HOME DELIVERY, BUT i have never got the gas cylinder timely.i have booked for the gas cylinder on 19-05 which cash-memo number is-5116.it is not the first time that i have not got the gas cylinder timely but, it is the habit of the distributor that before one month gas cylinder does not home delivered.
