Delay in gas supply

I am a consumer of indane gas dealer m/s Ravi enterprises, pandu Nagar Kanpur. My consumer no. is 16946. i had booked the gas on 9th november and contacted the agency to supply indane gas cylinder, but they haven't supplied it till now. i contacted them on 3rd december to confirm about the supply but they told that the supply cant be made, when i told to lodge a complain against them, they told to do so and were negligent about my complain. the dealers dont take our calls and they dont even make the bookings on phone. i request you to take necessary action against them and supply the gas immediately and inform me about it.
