Not deliver LPG gas on time

I am consumer of INDANE LPG (GAS) from TANUSHREE GAS SERVICE (Indane gas Distributor, shop no 10, Ashok Plaza Complex, 13 Pratap Nagar, Delhi-91 Phone No. 011-22756811), The agency never delivers gas cylinder on time, when we call to them they never picks up the phone or the phone lines are continuous busy. I have booked gas cylinder via Phone on 07th May but till date they have not delivered the cylinder.
