Not informing the tendative date of cylinder delivery

I am a customer of INDANE GAS under Ms. CHAND GAS, NADAKKAVU-CALICUT

(Customer No.29869). My grievence is that the agency is not informing even a tendative date

regarding the cylinder delivery. It is making so many troubles to working families like me. Nobody

will be there at home or the neighbourhood during the day time. The agency is not attending the phone

in a decent manner. They are all in pseudo hurry; not replying for the queries about the gas delivery.

I came to know that the companies like HP GAS is intimating

the customers by mobile telephone messaging service.

So I appeal the INDANE Co. as well as the agency to do the necessary to make a solution.
