Indane gas cylinder
ABNORMAL & TOO MUCH DELAY IN LPG CYLINDER SUPPLY

Dear Sir

We have a Gas connection in my mother's name S.RAJESWARI, CONSUMER NO.56327 with M/S. RANIE ENTERPRISES (INDANE DISTRIBUTORS), 44 perumal nagar 2nd street, madipakkam, Nanganallur, CHENNAI-600061.

We have booked a cylinder with the above RANIE ENTERPRISES on 4/12, but they supplied the cylinder too much delay by 25-12 only. After that we have tried to book a cylinder on 8/1, but they refused to register that. They replied that the next cylinder will be booked only after 21 days from previous delivery and able to book the cylinder on 16-1 and Cylinder will be supplied by february first week only.

WE HAVE TWO CYLINDERS ONE RUNNING NOW AND ANOTHER ONE IS EMPTY. THE TWO CYLINDERS WILL BE EMPTY OF JANUARY 25th. WE WILL BE IN TROUBLE AND SUFFER WITHOUT CYLINDER BETWEEN JANUARY 25th and FEBRUARY FIRST WEEK WITHOUT GAS CYLINDER & "HOW WE WILL BE ABLE TO MANAGE WITHOUT GAS CYLINDER BETWEEN THE PERIOD JANUARY 25th & FEBRUARY FIRST WEEK?

Why this much of delay to supply Gas cylinder and putting customers in extreme trouble and sufferring?

Can Indane Gas take care of this?
