INDANE GAS DELAY IN RE FILLING

The service from SUDHEENDRA INDANE GAS AGENCY - Hennur Rd - Bangalore is becoming very worst day by day. I have booked a refill on the 19 April. As on today 26th April I have not received the refill & when I contacted today, They are telling that it will take 5 more days time and they say that IVR Booking is not valid it will only come by next 5 days and you have to book again

Many of the time it is noticed that even after billing date, only after 5-7 days only they are delivering the Cylinder to our home. Now a days it is very difficult to get them over telephone & if we get them with great difficulty, there has been no courtesy to even listen to our grievance & they just slam the phone and no proper answer given.

If Indian oil is concerned over customer satisfaction they better do some thing about such issues. Least I request them to educate their staff on how they need to address the customer problems.

I had also requested them to change my gas agency.they sy its not posible

Inspite I have also pesornaly seen in few places like sultan playa and manornpalya they sell gas at 65 rs per kg they also have autorikshaw refilling unit for which I have seen they utilize small residential cylinders which is ment only for resident use

I have seen few cops collecting daily Money (roll call)
